We wish to update our membership records and request all members to submit the information requested in order for the club to know which membership category members currently fall into.
Annual invoicing does not provide up to date records of DOB’s (if under 25) and if and when younger members of a family begin to start playing tennis.
Tennis Ireland requests a breakdown of age, gender and membership category each year for capitation fees and this information will help us feed them the most up to date information.

NOTE If you are not a member youself but you have more than one child who is a junior member please complete one submission per child.
