Membership

Wicklow Tennis Club offers the following types of membership:

Family Membership – Parents and their children who are eligible for either Junior or Student membership.

Senior Membership – Playing members of over 18 years of age.

Student MembershipExtension of Junior membership for those continuing in full time education.

Junior Membership - Children (not included in Family membership) under the age of 18 years on 1st January of each calendar year. 

Associate Membership – Non-playing Senior members who wish to be associated with the club and avail of the Club House internal facilities only.


How to Apply for Membership

The application form must be completed in full, detailing the type of membership required and the name/s of all people involved in the application for membership. All application forms must be signed by the applicant and a current club member before it can be accepted for consideration and approval. The application should be posted to the designated Name and Address on the form or handed to a current committee member – applicants are ultimately responsible for their own forms reaching the membership committee as quickly as possible, for processing.

Offers of membership are sent, mainly by email, to successful applicants after committee meetings, usually monthly, where they are approved. The Club ExecutiveCommittee has the right to accept or decline any application and their decision is final.

Applicants or any non-member who have not received formal approval of membership are not permitted to use Club House facilities or to play on Club courts at any time.
